THE SCHOOL
We have been specializing in teaching French to young people and adults from all over the world since 1990. After a strict inspection by specialists in language learning, AZURLINGUA was given the award ”Qualité Français Langue Étrangère” and received the highest level possible (3 stars). This award represents the highest gurantee of quality that can be offered from a French Language school in France.
We propose to each student coming to us courses, accommodation and extra-curricular activities according to their needs.
We offer courses for adult students all year around and we have a program for the juniors too which is available from March to November with accommodation in family or in residence in full-board.

ACCREDITATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
- Azurlingua is acknowledged by the Rectorat of Nice throught the French Ministery of Education (agreement dated 10/06/1996 Nr 66)
- Azurlingua is also a member of SOUFFLE : Professional French Federation for "French as a foreign language " schools. This membership entitle us to work with French universities, especially in workshops for pedagogic methods.
- Azurlingua is accredited by the french government throught the “Quality Label” decerned by the Ministaries of Education, Culture and Foreign Affairs. The school obtained the highest result of *** for :
learning, teachers, welcome, organisation, location.
We’re the only one school with theese highest results in Nice and it’s area.
- Azurlingua is the official centre for the exams of the University Paris IV – La Sorbonne for all the exams about french languages. In case of succes theese exams are national university degrees and are all recognised in all french universities .That means that your students have the possibility to finalise their stay in our school throught an university degree, famous in all the world .

Along with your French course, our team of student activity co-ordinators warmly invite you to participate in visits and excursions organised each week.
It's first aim is to help you to discover one of the most beautiful Mediterranean cities. The team would also like you to make the most of the your free time so that you continue to learn French in an environment that is outside of the classroom.
Excursions aim to be both fun and informative, with visits to local museums when possible ; half day excursions take place on week days, full day excursions take place on Saturdays.
- Themed evenings. A friendly, social atmosphere with both native French speakers and foreigners also helps students to learn French, our activity group leaders regularly organise "themed" evenings with French and foreigners: live music in pubs, dancing evenings, eating special meals prepared by students …
- Entertainment. 40 Cinemas, 2 Opera, 1 Theatre, many local Theatres, many concert halls.
- Going out in Nice. Bowling, bars, pubs & discos
- Restaurants. Our activities group leaders help you to find the best restaurants in town, whether gastronomic or economic.
