CES/Swandean is located in the very heart of Dublin on the same street as Trinity College and Dublin Castle. We have two prestigious buildings within two minutes' walk of each other and a short stroll will take you to the cobbled quadrangle of Trinity College or the Georgian splendour of Dublin Castle. The schools are surrounded by all of the best shops, restaurants and cultural attractions.
FACILITIES
The School is located in a very attractive period building with nine fully equipped classrooms and a Students’ Room. CES has an additional training centre – Dame Court House – only 30 metres from Dame Street. Dame Court House has 16 bright modern classrooms, a Students’ lounge and coffee room, Self-Access Study facilities, Listening Centre and a Multi-Media Room with free e-mail and Internet access (booking system in operation)
ACCREDITATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
CES/Swandean is recognised by the Irish Department of Education and ACELS in Ireland and is accredited by the British Council in England. CES Ireland is a full member school of EAQUALS and CES/Swandean is a full member of Education UK and is accredited by the British Council. Both schools are members of FIYTO and ALTO.

IS AIRPORT PICKUP OFFERED?
Dublin Airport is small, and it is relatively easy to get a taxi to your homestay or self-catering accommodation from outside the main airport building. CES will arrange to meet a client staying in a homestay on arrival, only if they require a personal transfer. The cost is €65 for a transfer on arrival and must be paid in advance. There is a regular express bus service from the airport to the city centre and students can then take a bus to the area they are placed in. Taxis are easily available from outside the airport building and cost approximately €35-€50 approximately. Airport transfers by our staff on arrival are only available between 07.00hrs and 23.00hrs to students staying in homestay. |

We normally have at least 4 afternoon visits, sports (football, basketball, volleyball and tennis) and evening activities.We also arrange 1 and 2 day excursions every weekend during the summer months. Our most popular adult tour is the weekend trip to Galway and Connemara. During your stay with us you will get to meet the CES 'Yellow Shirts' who help run our social programme. Their job is to make sure that you get the most fun and enjoyment from your stay with CES.
